This Disclaimer applies to Coach-Halo websites and services operated by JH People Insights LLC d/b/a Coach-Halo, including Coach-Halo Stories, coach perspectives, educational content, matching, and related materials.
1. Informational and educational purpose
Coach-Halo Stories and coach perspectives are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not individualized professional advice for your specific situation.
2. Not a substitute for licensed professional services
Coach-Halo content is not a substitute for:

Coaching is not therapy. Reading Stories or connecting with a coach does not by itself create a licensed professional relationship with Coach-Halo.

Stories describe individual experiences. What seemed to help one person may not help another person. Coach-Halo does not guarantee outcomes, results, recovery timelines, relationship outcomes, career outcomes, or any other results.
4. Public-source, adapted, sample, and composite Stories
Coach-Halo may summarize or adapt publicly shared experiences and may remove or change identifying details. Website sample Stories may be fictional or composite examples inspired by common publicly shared experiences. Sample or composite Stories must not be treated as verified biographies of specific real individuals unless clearly labeled as such.
5. AI-assisted content
AI may assist with content creation, organization, summarization, personalization, matching, and coach perspectives. Coach-Halo does not falsely attribute AI-generated wording as a direct quote personally made by a real coach. Prefer formulations such as a perspective informed by a coach’s coaching approach.

Coach-Halo is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources.
