Coach-Halo facilitates 40–60 qualified match opportunities per month across the platform. The number of times your profile is shown depends on your niche, demand, positioning, and availability. We focus on high-intent visibility, not inflated numbers.
What does verified mean?
We confirm that requests are real, recent, and relevant before connecting you. When someone expresses interest in meeting with you, we personally reach out via SMS or phone to verify commitment. In most cases, we book the discovery call directly on your calendar while we're on the call with them.
Where are potential coachees located?
Approximately 75% of match opportunities come from the United States. Around 20% come from Canada and European countries, with the remaining percentage coming from other regions. One of the unique advantages of coaching is the ability to create meaningful impact across borders. Location is rarely a limitation when building a global practice.
Do you take commissions?
No. Coach-Halo charges a flat subscription. You keep 100 percent of what you earn.
Who controls pricing and availability?
You do. You set your own pricing, availability, and terms. We simply help connect you with potential clients.

Yes. You can join the Coach Directory for $99.99 per year. This gives you a public coach profile and allows people to contact you directly. It does not include AI matching, managed outreach, or priority directory placement. If you want AI-powered matching and priority placement, you can upgrade to the AI Matching plan at any time.
