Free is a preview of Coach-Halo’s matching system. You may receive alerts for real opportunities where your profile would have been a potential match.
Paid is the full service. We actively match your profile, conduct personalized outreach, follow up with potential clients, and work to turn interest into introductions and discovery conversations.
Free alert frequency does not reflect the significantly higher volume of matching and outreach performed for paid coaches.
Can I pursue opportunities I receive on the free plan?
Yes. When a free alert comes from a public lead marketplace, such as Bark or Thumbtack, we may include a link to the original listing. You can choose to pursue it directly through that platform at your own cost and discretion.
How often will my profile be shared with potential coachees?
Coach-Halo facilitates 40–60 qualified match opportunities per month across the platform. The number of times your profile is shown depends on your niche, demand, positioning, and availability. We focus on high-intent visibility, not inflated numbers.
Where do Coach-Halo opportunities come from?
Coach-Halo generates potential coaching opportunities through multiple channels, including direct outreach, advertising, referrals, Thumbtack, Bark, our coach directory, and Coach-Halo Stories. Stories helps us reach people who may be navigating a challenge before they're ready to actively search for a coach. When someone expresses interest in personal coaching, we can match them with a relevant coach based on their needs and the coach's focus and approach.
What does verified mean?
We confirm that requests are real, recent, and relevant before connecting you. When someone expresses interest in meeting with you, we personally reach out via SMS or phone to verify commitment. In most cases, we book the discovery call directly on your calendar while we're on the call with them.
Where are potential coachees located?
Approximately 75% of match opportunities come from the United States. Around 20% come from Canada and European countries, with the remaining percentage coming from other regions. One of the unique advantages of coaching is the ability to create meaningful impact across borders. Location is rarely a limitation when building a global practice.
Do you take commissions?
No. Coach-Halo charges a flat subscription. You keep 100 percent of what you earn.
