Job-Halo Coach Agreement

Thank you for choosing JH People Insights, LLC, dba “Job-Halo” (“Job-Halo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in our partnership program, you agree to these terms and the standard website terms (the “Standard Terms”). Capitalized words used in these terms have the meanings given in the Standard Terms.

FEES

As part of our partnership, you agree to the following:- Coaching Referral Fee: If you are connected with a client through Job-Halo (a “Client”) and the Client engages your services, you agree to pay us a referral fee equal to 10% of the total coaching program the client enrolled in, or 10% of each coaching session if you charge for individual sessions.- Fee Timeline: The Referral Fee is due within 15 days of receiving payment from the Client.
The Referral Fee is applicable for any Client that you connect with through Job-Halo within 12 months of the initial introduction via the Service (the “Fee Period”).If the Client initially engages with you on a trial basis and later commits to ongoing coaching services within the Fee Period, you agree to pay a Referral Fee equal to 10% of the Client’s payments for your entire coaching program or each individual session.Important Notes:- The Referral Fee is applicable even if the Client reaches out to you independently outside of the Service after being introduced through Job-Halo.
- You agree to notify us if a referred client becomes a paid client and authorize us to invoice you for the Referral Fee based on the payments received from the client.
- All fees are nonrefundable.

OBLIGATIONS

You are required to notify us of any engagements with a Client that result from Job-Halo introductions. Notifications must be provided no later than the Client’s first payment or engagement for your coaching services.You can notify us using the details below:

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your partnership at any time by providing written notice. However, canceling your partnership does not terminate your obligation to pay Referral Fees for Clients introduced through Job-Halo prior to cancellation, for the duration of the Fee Period.

NO GUARANTEES

Job-Halo serves as a connection platform for career coaches and data professionals. We do not guarantee Client engagement, payment, or outcomes from the partnership. You are solely responsible for conducting your own diligence and negotiating terms with Clients.

NO DISCRIMINATION

You agree not to discriminate in the acceptance, engagement, or coaching of any Client based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, disability, or other protected characteristics.
